We, Americans, are going to hell in a handbasket. There are simply now way too many trending indicators that all converge and show what is happening -- an economic collapse is underway. It's a frightening thought, but what is being talked up outside of mainstream media is that we are going to experience something far worse than what happened with Wall Street and the Banking system in 2008. You may be asking yourself, what does this have to do with Linux? Directly and indirectly our economy has everything to do with sustainable living and if we cannot live, then nothing else will matter.
Thus, I am intentionally bringing to you a series of reports which I feel obligated to share because the information is being suppressed in mainstream media. This is the canary in the coal mine keeling over and dying Folks.

Realistically, we’re not going to resolve our long-run fiscal issues any time soon, which is O.K. — not ideal, but nothing terrible will happen if we don’t fix everything this year. Meanwhile, we face the imminent threat of severe economic damage from short-term spending cuts.So we should avoid that damage by kicking the can down the road. It’s the responsible thing to do.
